According to Nielsen Korea, the weekday series had a minimal decrease for its November 14 broadcast.

"Behind Every Star" episode 3 garnered an average nationwide rating of 3.3 percent. It is a slight dip from its previous rating of 3.6 percent.

Airing every Monday and Tuesday, "Behind Every Star" is the remake of the French TV series "Call My Agent!" and the latest series that focuses on the lives of people working behind the camera, particularly managers and agents of celebrities.

Viewers can catch the 12-episode series via tvN and Netflix for subtitles.

The "Behind Every Star" cast includes Lee Seo Jin, Seo Hyun Woo, Kwak Sun Young, and Joo Hyun Young as the lead stars.

'Behind Every Star' Episode 3 Recap

Method entertainment gets caught up in a personal rift between Kim Soo Mi and her daughter-in-law Seo Hyo Rim.

The agency Director Ma Tae Oh and manager Kim Joong Don face trouble due to conflicts between their respective actors after an interesting project was offered to both of them.

Penned by a renowned screenwriter, the celebrity is selected to play a mother and her daughter-in-law having a feud.

However, Seo Hyo Rim gets honest with her manager, Kim Joong Don saying that she is not comfortable working alongside her real-life mother-in-law.

She revealed that she wanted to get the part desperately but couldn't bear the thought that she would be seeing the veteran actress Ms. Kim regularly for six months.

Since her well-being is more important than the project, the manager agreed to a suggestion by sabotaging the audition.

However, the veteran actress also did the same thing and pretended that she has been seeing a ghost during the audition, causing her not to get the part.

After Kim Joong Don knew about this, he pleaded to the writer and official to have a second audition and told them why the actress sabotaged the screening.

Surprisingly, Kim Soo Mi and Seo Hyo Rim got the part. The screenwriter explained that they are perfect for the role and would portray the characters effortlessly.

In one of the scenes featured in "Behind Every Star" episode 3, So Hyun Joo pretends to be So Ji Sub's illegitimate daughter after the director's assistant, Yoo Eun Soo keeps on asking about her relationship with Director Ma Tae Oh.

It came after the assistant saw the director putting a VIP invite ticket on her desk.

However, at the movie premiere, an agency official harassed So Hyun Joo and it turns out that Ma Tae Oh has been asking the official to hire her so she could leave Method Entertainment.

At this point, So Hyun Joo insists that she will stay at Method Entertainment.

In the last scene, as Method Entertainment experienced challenges with the tax department, Ma Tae Oh received an irresistible offer from their rival agency.

Jo Ki Bong of Star Media offered him to transfer and run the rival company. It seemed like he might ditch Method Entertainment with hopes of fulfilling his dream by running a talent agency.
