Go Kyung Pyo Surprises Go Kyu Pil With Unexpected Gesture – Here’s What Happened
Go Kyung Pil was surprised after his celebrity friend Go Kyung Pyo proved his closeness to him by making an unexpected gesture.
In a YouTube video of Shin Hyun Joon and Jung Joon Ho, the "Shadow Detective" actor did a prank on his friends.
The challenge is to pretend that he needs to borrow money for around KRW 1 million, or USD 750.
However, he didn't expect Go Kyung Pyo's reaction and ends up being stunned by his celebrity friend.
Go Kyung Pyo Willing to Lend Go Kyu Pil USD 6,000
Although he hesisted doing the prank on the 33-year-old star, he continued to call Go Kyung Pyo and tried to see if he could borrow KRW 8 million or USD 6,000.
Without any doubt, the actor agreed and asked Go Kyung Pil if he could send his account number.
In addition, the "Love in Contract" star added an unexpected message, showing how he genuinely cares for his friend.
"If you need more than KRW 8 million, just let me know. Don't feel burdened. I understand if you need it as you are newlyweds," he said, surprising not just Go Kyung Pil but also the YouTube hosts.
To recall, Go Kyu Pil married singer Amin, who is 9 years his junior, in November 2023.
The ceremony took place in Seoul, attended by only the couple's relatives and close acquaintances.

Some of the guests include Go Kyu Pil's close friend Kim Nam Gil, Ahn Bo Hyun, Lee Mi Do, Chun Woo Hee, Jung Young Ki, Jung Tae Woo, and Oh Na Ra.
The couple's relationship was first announced in June 2023, and it was revealed that he had been dating the singer for nine years.
"We broke up in the middle and got back together. It's been 9 years. We didn't particularly boast about our relationship and didn't hide it either, but somehow it became news," he said, as obtained by a media outlet.
Meanwhile, Go Kyung Pyo will return to the small screen with a new drama airing in 2024.
Go Kyung Pyo Stars in the Rom-Com Series 'No Secret'
After showcasing his versatility in "Love in Contract" and playing the villain in "D.P." season 2 as well as in Dinesy+'s "Connect," Go Kyung Pyo will be having a new K-drama.
Headlining the rom-com series "No Secret," he will team up with Kang Han Na as he takes on the role of announcer named Song Ki Baek.
His world changed after meeting the passionate entertainment writer On Woo Joo, played by Kang Han Na.
Directed by Jang Ji Yeon of "Nevertheless," the upcoming K-drama is set to air sometime in 2024 and will be released under JTBC.
