In an Instagram post, the reality star said that she experienced firefighter training under Hong Beom Seok, who is a retired firefighter.

Moreover, Kang So Yeon also invited her followers to watch her vlog featuring her special guest.

In addition, she also congratulated her fellow "Physical: 100 Season 2 - Underground" contestant for winning first place in the pre-quest.

Some even mentioned "Single's Inferno" season 1 alum Cha Hyun Seung, who also joined ""Physical: 100 Season 1."

However, unlike Kang So Yeon, Cha Hyun Seung was able to redeem himself after winning the one-on-one deathmatch.

Other than her performance, viewers also noticed the change in her appearance.

While some speculate that she might have gone under the knife, others suggest that it might just be weight gain.
