A TikTok video went viral after it featured Kang So Yeon's past.
She used to be a member of a co-ed K-Pop group We which debuted in 2012, created by DJ DOC member Kim Chang Ryul.
Interestingly, she was the only female member of the group who focused on pop and Hip-Hop songs.
One of their most popular tracks was the upbeat single "Party," released in 2012.
Amid the hype, the reality star took to social media and admitted that she was a former WE member.
"Yup, that's me. I used to be a K-pop idol, part of a dance group called WE. Not many people knew me back then, but now I'm getting so much love through Single's Inferno. So grateful every day," Kang So Yeon's Instagram caption reads alongside photos during her earlier years as a Kpop star.
