Soo Young Reveals Why She Kept Denying Her Relationship With Jung Kyung Ho

Girls' Generation member Soo Young's relationship with actor Jung Kyung Ho was rumored a year before they confirmed it, but what made the idol-actress deny it more than once?

On the March 17 episode of "Healing Camp", Soo Young talked about her relationship with Jung Kyung Ho, and she admitted that the reason why rumors spread is because she didn't know how to date in secret. She shared, "It's the first time I dated, so I didn't know how it would feel if people knew about my relationship."

She added, "I was also a bit selfish. Aside from being a Girls' Generation member, I wasn't sure of my position in the entertainment business. I wanted to try many things like acting and being an MC, and I didn't want to be tagged as someone's girlfriend, so I kept denying it."

On the other hand, Jung Kyung Ho was more than willing to reveal the news, and Soo Young said, "He told me that if someone asks him, he won't lie and say he's single. I thought he was crazy to think that."

Regarding her boyfriend's reaction to her dating rumor with actor Won Bin, she shared, "He was actually pretty happy about it. He said, 'Do I look like Won Bin?'."

Soo Young and Jung Kyung Ho confirmed their relationship in January.
