Lindsay Lohan News 2014: Lindsay Lohan has sworn under penalty of perjury she suffered a miscarriage. The starlet made the declaration in new court docs in a $5 million lawsuit over her clothing line 6126 according to TMZ.

Lohan is named as a defendant in a lawsuit brought against her former leggings company, 6126 leggings, by their former partners, DNAM Industries, LLC. DNAM served Lohan papers in the case "over the Christmas and New Year's holidays," according to papers obtained by Radar, but she never responded and a court found her in default. And so, she brought her sob story for the judge asking for more time to file her response.

According to TMZ, Lohan says she suffered a miscarriage during the taping of her reality show. During the final episode of her own show Sunday night, she was asked to reflect on her experience with the reality show.

"No one knows this, I had a miscarriage for those two weeks that I took off," she said.

"It's a very long story, but that's why on the show when it says she doesn't want to come down, I couldn't move, I was sick. Mentally, that messes with you," she continued.

Lohan did not identify the father of the said child.

Previously, Lohan disclosed her lover's list which she says she wrote while in rehab as part of an AA step. The list suggests that she bedded James Franco. According to Fox News, the actor is adamant that he never had sex with the troubled starlet. Franco insisted the two only just kissed, though she may have wanted something more.

Speaking to Howard Stern, Franco said, "I will swear on anything that you ask that I have never had sex with Lindsay Lohan! Here's the problem: I bet you if we brought her in here and you asked her to her face 'Did you have sex with James?' she'd say yes. I think she's that... I can't believe she put me on that private list...She's so delusional!"

According to SiriusXm, Franco insinuated to Howard that Lohan was "stalking" him for a period of time.

"I don't know what to say other than we were at this hotel during a very dark period of her history. And it seemed pretty damn clear that she liked me. I was in school at the time... and I'd come home late to the hotel, and she'd find me. I knew which room she was in, and I'd see through the window, 'Oh, there's another party over at Lindsay's,' and she'd come out to the pool area and find me.,She even broke into my room one time," Franco continued. "I would sleep on the couch, so I was on the couch, and I open my eyes, and there's Lindsay in my room at 3 am. And it's like, OK, what do I do now."

Franco wanted to make clear through his interview with Howard was that there was no sleeping with Lohan that he can remember.
