Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard survived the latest nude photo leak scandal as she joined the cast of "Magic Mike XXL." However, she's still silent on what was described as the largest collection of topless photos in the "Fappening."

In the latest from The Wrap, Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard has reportedly joined Channing Tatum in "Magic Mike XXL," the sequel to the surprise hit "Magic Mike."

Although no details yet on her role, the website said that the Heard "is the third actress to join the cast following Andie MacDowell and Jada Pinkett-Smith."

This time around, Matthew McConaughey won't be reprising his role as the entrepreneur of the strip club.

But Director Gregory Jacobs told Entertainment Weekly that even without Matthew McConaughey, the film will stand on its own as it's going to be "very different" from the first movie.

"It's road trip movie and put it this way, it's different enough that once you see it you'll understand why we made a sequel. No one will be accusing us of making the same movie twice," he said.

The Wet Paint reported that the released topless photos in the nude leak involving Johnny Depp's girlfriend Amber Heard is "the largest scale release of private photos since Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton."

But there's really nothing new to see as Amber Heard has shed off some clothes in her previous movies such as in the 2010 film "Rum Diary," for example, where she shared some intimate moments with fiancé Johnny Depp.

While she remains silent in the wake of the photo leak, TMZ reported that the FBI is already on top of the situation and investigating who is behind the nude photo leak scandal.

"The FBI has been on top things since the first wave of photos were released ... we contacted them today -- and they tell us their investigation is still on going," the gossip website said.
