Jang Dong Gun Suffers From Amnesia On 'A Gentleman's Dignity'

'A Gentleman's Dignity' star Jang Dong Gun has completely forgotten his kiss with Kim Ha Neul.

The seventh episode of the SBS weekend drama that aired on the 16th reveals that Kim Do Jin (played by Jang Dong Gun) has amnesia.

Waking up in the morning, Kim Do Jin mutters, "April 18th, Wednesday" when in fact it is Thursday, April 19th, meaning he has lost an entire day's memory.

A worried Do Jin later asks Choi Yoon (played by Kim Min Jong), "It's the first time in a year and a half. What happened yesterday?" to which Choi Yoon replied, "Apparently Tae San (played by Kim Soo Ro) hugged Ms. Seo (played by Kim Ha Neul). You're the witness. Listen to your recorder first." However, Do Jin's recorder is nowhere to be found.

At work, Do Jin says to Tae San, "Have you seen the heels I bought? The pretty ones. I remember up to buying them." Tae San replies, "Yi Soo had them", also informing him that his jacket is also in her possession.

It becomes apparent that Kim Do Jin only remembers buying the heels, unable to remember Tae San accidentally hugging Seo Yi Soo and himself giving Yi Soo a surprise kiss. Depending on the mental shock he receives, Do Jin can forget anywhere from a few hours up to a day's worth of memories, adding new interest to the plot of the drama.
