Princess Kate Middleton Due Date Twins? In the latest reports about Kate Middleton and her second pregnancy, possibly carrying royal twin girls. A new report said that her morning sickness had gotten worse and the Duchess of Canterbury was suffering from severe nausea. Kate has gone to her family mansion in Bucklebury, Berkshire with Prince George to rest.

One reason attributed to Kate's complication labeled Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), causing nausea, vomiting and dehydration is giving birth to twins. Between her and their nanny, Maria [Borallo], Kate has all the help she needs with George while she is feeling so sick. And Bucklebury is somewhere she can just relax and be herself."

Catherine's mother, Carole Middleton is taking an active role in Kate's recovery, researching alternate medicines like herbal tea to fight HG.
