‘Jane The Virgin’ Season 1 Recap: Jane Tells Rafael She’s Still A Virgin! How Did He Take It? Read On The Episode 8 Recap!

Jane finally comes clean about her virginity to Rafael in this "Jane The Virgin" season 1 recap but he doesn't take it quite as she expected.

After losing his position in his own hotel, Rafael has to go find Luisa to stop Jane's medical malpractice lawsuit from getting a default judgment. After two weeks of chasing her in Mexico, however, he fails but he doesn't tell Jane that he would be the one losing money should Jane win the case.

Lawsuit aside, the new love birds' relationship seems to be going well except for one tiny detail - Jane's virginity that she has yet to tell him about.

Jane finally tells him during a date and surprisingly (or not really) Rafael reacts negatively to the news. As he thinks about the situation back at the hotel, a random woman chats him up and hands him a drink. Keeping with the telenovela vibe of the series, of course, he ends up in said woman's bed, naked and not remembering anything from the night before.

To make things more complicated, Jane delivers them their drinks. As expected, she storms out of the room with Rafael running after her to try and explain but he can't because he can't remember anything at all.

Their only saving grace, however, is Jane's reputation as a miracle giver. The woman happens to be a devotee and driven by guilt, she rushes to Jane's school to tell her that she was paid for the whole setup.

The culprit? Petra, who's also trying to use and one-up her ex-fiance Lachlan. It turns out that they're conveniently double crossing each other.

Jane and Rafael's relationship isn't the only pair getting some progress in this "Jane The Virgin" season 1 recap.

Xiomara and Rogelio also find themselves too attracted to each other for Xiomara to continue staying away from him. Sparks literally fly whenever they touch each other. She stops dating Marco and subtly gives Rogelio a chance to romance her.

Meanwhile, Jane decides to drop her lawsuit against Luisa. Although she was only trying to protect her abuela who was actually an illegal alien, she also finds out about Rafael's involvement with the case. Remembering what her abuela told her about true love, she realizes that Rafael really does love her. He was willing to throw away his own share in the hotel for her.

On the other hand, Michael and his partner figure out what the delivery referring to Sin Rostro was - a Serbian criminal who checks in at the Solanos' hotel. According to spoilers, we'll find out Sin Rostro's shocking identity soon.
