Bloodborne PC Version Could Come But Xbox One Version Unlikely; From Software Reportedly Looking At The Possibility Of The Game Being Released On Steam!

Bloodborne could be released to the PC platform but gamers shouldn't expect to see the action-rpg title to appear on the Xbox One.

HigherGaming has reported that FROM Software is looking into bringing Bloodborne to the PC after being made aware of the various petitions that PC gamers made, asking FROM Software to put the game on the PC platform. The report also says that an Xbox One version is unlikely given that the game is produced by Sony.

PC Gamers have been very vocal about Bloodborne being the PC platform. Here are just a few comments from PC gamers on the "Release Bloodborne for the Personalized Computing platform." Petition on Change.org:

Ali Alshamari said  "I've played both DS1 and DS2 on PC and I don't want to buy a ps4 just for one game! You're basically limiting your audience FROM, please make the right choice."

Flo Wizuu noted that "The majority of the fanbase of the Souls games (which Bloodborne is basically too) are no longer only on a Sony platform. Most fans infact are playing on PC now and it would be a shame if it wouldn't come out on it and a lot of fans would miss out this game. Also many want to see the game in its full potential in 60 FPS."

Brendan Doyle said that "Bloodborne is the only next generation title I want to play that is not coming to PC. I am an avid fan of the Souls series and this installment looks absolutely incredible. However, I will not be purchasing a PS4 for a single game, even if it means missing one of my most anticipated titles."

It should be noted though that Bloodborne would benefit from being on the PC platform as it could be experienced the way it was meant to be experienced, aka on 1080p (or more) at 60fps (or more). Gamepur reported that the PS4 version of Bloodborne had frame-drops to the low twenties and even to single digits.
