Christina Milian and Lil Wayne dating rumors were finally addressed by the "Dip It Low" diva during a recent interview to promote her reality show, "Christina Milian: Turned Up". According to a report from Singersroom.com, the R&B singer said she wants to protect their relationship.

"People definitely see us around a lot together, but we have a very cool relationship," the single mom replied when asked about Christina Milian and Lil Wayne dating rumors.

"I think it's a relationship to be protected because the world has something to say about everything."

"If it's something worth anything, I think it's best to enjoy and live for yourself," she added.

Aside from Christina Milian and Lil Wayne dating allegations, the sexy songstress emphasized how she looks up to the "Young Money" star.

"I really respect him and enjoy working with him," Christina Milian said about her rumored beau.

"We've definitely grown closer in the last few months. I feel very fortunate to be working with him, and I admire him as a musician and what he's done with his business."

"Being his artist, I feel fortunate that he believes in me," she added.

Christina Milian's interview with Singersroom.com also had her talking about the controversial production number she did with Lil Wayne during the American Music Awards. The two performed "Start A Fire" amid a lot of dirty dancing and holding hands.

The singer revealed how she and Lil Wayne were affectionate even after their AMA performance.

"When we stepped off the stage, we were like two little kids acting like we never performed in our entire life," she said.

"We were kissing on each other and all excited," Christina MIlian said about the performaance.

With the reality show "Christina Milian: Turned Up" fans are hoping to see a peek at the duo's relationship.

Speaking about the show, Jeff Olde, E! programming and development executive vice president, issued a statement its newest offering with Christina Milian.

"She's young, vibrant and a highly accomplished artist who has a hectic life balancing the glitz and glamour of celebrity, and the rough and tumble world of hip-hop, with the more relatable moments of being a mom, newly back on the dating scene, and trying to make things better for her family," the network executive said.
