"Horse Doctore" Baek Kwang Hyun Is Alive But "His Health Is In Danger"

"Horse Doctor" Jo Seung Woo was still alive. 

Baek Kwang Hyun(Jo Seung Woo) was attacked by a group of assassins sent by Lee Myung Hwan(Son Chang Min).

It was thought that Baek Kwang Hyun died as he fell into the river.

He was able to somehow get out of the river, but his health was in bad condition. He treated himself with acupuncture and was frustrated by the situation.
