"Really Don't Care" singer Demi Lovato recently threw a surprise party for her boyfriend Wilmer Valderama on his birthday.

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderama are definitely getting serious about their relationship as the singer posted an Instagram photo showing the years they spent with each other.

The longtime boyfriend of the former Disney star recently turned 35 last week and the "Made in the USA" singer decided to call on a surprise party for him.

Demi Lovato also invited Wilmer Valderama's co-stars in "That '70s Show" Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.

In a report from Us Weekly, Demi Lovato's surprise party for boyfriend Wilmer Valderama was held at the posh restaurant Palms Thai in Los Angeles.

Wilmer Vaderama took to his Instagram account to post how surprised and happy he was about his girlfriend's surpirse bash for him.

Showing a cake with his initials "WV," the star said in his caption, "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!! Haha!! I was surprised last night by all the people I love!!"

Wilmer Valderama also said, "I felt so blessed to have looked around & truly know that everyone by my side has & will always have my back. I love you! 35, does that mean its cheaper when I go to Disneyland!?"

In return, Demi Lovato gave Wilmer Valderama a reply via her Instagram account, saying, "Here's to many more incredible years together. Happy Birthday my love.... I love you."

The "Give Your Heart A Break" singer posted the message along with a photo of them showing their relationship of 5 years.

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderama started dating in 2010, J-14 said.

The couple has also surpassed rumors that they are in an on and off relationship last year as well as circulating reports that the "Really Don't Care" singer is pregnant and engaged.
