Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly snubbed Jennifer Aniston's invitation to her wedding with Justin Theroux. It was said that the A-list couple decided against attending the secret nuptials because there is still bad blood between them.
After a three-year-long engagement, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux finally got married last week. They claimed that they were only celebrating the actor's 44th birthday but the truth is they were actually planning an intimate ceremony. News outlets reported that several friends of the couple made it to the secret wedding including Lisa Kudrow, Chelsea Handler, and Howard Stern. Former husband Brad Pitt, however, was noticeably absent.
It was said that the "Friends" star has moved on from Brad Pitt, she reportedly even sent him an invitation to the wedding but it turns out Angelina Jolie is not a fan of Jennifer Aniston. The insider claimed that she stopped Brad from attending the wedding.
"Angelina Jolie despises Jennifer Aniston, and it is no secret she is still jealous of Jen even though she and Brad were married over a decade ago now. So, the odds of Angie allowing Brad to attend the wedding are slim to none," a source told Celeb Dirty Laundy.
The source, however, also speculated that perhaps it was the "Fury" actor who decided against attending the wedding. Following rumors that Jennifer cheated on him with co-actor Matt LeBlanc, it was said that Brad may still not be over the issue.
"Maybe Angelina Jolie could care less. Maybe Brad is the one who opted not to attend after news broke last month that Jennifer Aniston had cheated on him when they were married with her Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc. Even if Brad knew about the affair back then - it certainly must have dug up some not so great feelings," the source added.
