"Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler has reportedly dissed the Lifetime reality series in a recent interview. The 12-year-old reality star instructed her fans to watch "Pretty Little Liars" instead of "Dance Moms," saying that it was a "better show."

In an interview with Elle, Ziegler opened up about her acting debut in the ABC Family series. She shared that being on the show has been one of the highlights of her career. The reality star added that she would love to return to "Pretty Little Liars" even if she would only be an extra.

"I want to be 'A' [the show's mysterious killer]. That would be so sick. But it's kind of impossible because I would have had to start being evil when I was like, six years old. But hopefully I'll get to go back on the show, because it's my favorite."

"I watch it religiously. I have a dance competition tonight but I'm recording it," Ziegler added.

Given the opportunity, she added that she would want to be "A" given that "PLL" is one of her favorite shows of all time. Ziegler, however, was quick to point out that it will be impossible given her age.

As previously reported by IB Times, Ziegler claimed that "Pretty Little Liars" is by far a "better show" compared to "Dance Moms." It has also been rumored that she will not be returning to season 6 in order to pursue a different career path other than dancing. Ziegler has always been vocal about pursuing a modeling or acting career.

When asked if she will be leaving the competitive dance world for Hollywood, the reality star explained that if it were to happen, it would be in the distant future. She mentioned that she is actually in the middle of preparing for a big dance contest called Dance Awards. It was said that Ziegler may once again go against some of her co-stars in the prestigious competition.
