Kate Middleton and Prince William attended a World Mental Health Day event in Harrow College in north west London.

This is one of the few appearances of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge after they had their baby girl, Princess Charlotte, in May.

Many have noticed Kate Middleton's seemingly happy mood the event.

"The Duchess beamed as she met with young people who have overcome mental health issues at an event in Harrow today," Daily Mail captioned a photo of Prince William's wife smiling.

"At the end of the visit, Kate - who wore a £258 Tory Burch dress previously seen during last year's tour of New Zealand - provoked laughter as she jokingly asked William whether he wanted to accept the bouquet she had been presented with," the report continued.

It has been previously rumored that Kate Middleton may have purportedly suffered from post-partum depression after giving birth to their baby girl.

Allegedly, the post-partum depression might have manifested through the Duchess' purported jealous fits - over Prince William's ex-girlfriend, Olivia Hunt, and the Prince's hot doctor colleague, Gemma Mullen.

Taking care of their baby girl and little boy, Prince George, while Prince William started a new job might have also been too much for the Duchess.

There have also been speculations that despite being tired of Kate Middleton's post-partum depression which caused a few fights, Prince William tried to be extra patient with his wife.

According to a report, Kate Middleton may have gotten over her post-partum depression with the help of her granmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth.

"Rumors are that Prince William's granny has always favored the Duchess of Cambridge - it's just the social climbing commoner Carole Middleton she despises," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.

Despite not liking Kate's mother, the report said Queen Elizabeth may have agreed to compromise for the sake of the future king's little boy and baby girl.

"Rumors are that Queenie has honored her grandson's request that Carole Middleton be given more time - but not too much - with her daughter and grandchildren Prince George and Princess Charlotte," the report added.

"The concession seems to have helped the Duchess of Cambridge begin to come out her depression and soothed her anxiety."
