His musical comeback was two years in the making, but Kim Hyun Joong's fans are so happy he is back. The singer-actor recently released his "Round 3" album with the hit song, "Unbreakable" that quickly soared to first place on the charts.
Kim Hyun Joong's drama comeback has taken three years and is also highly anticipated. The star of "Boys Over Flowers" and "Playful Kiss" returns to the small screen in "Generation of Youth," a drama, which takes place in 1930s Shanghai. He did sign on to appear in another drama "City Conquest" but it never got a time slot and was cancelled.

Here are some facts you may not know about this talented singer-actor:

1) He plays soccer with the charity football team FC Men. Fans describe him as a soccer prince. And he manages to remain a style icon even when his cleats are kicking up dirt.

2) At six feet tall, many of his leading ladies have to stand on a platform when they are acting close-up scenes with him, even if they are wearing high heels.

3) Although he played one of four good-looking guys in "Boys Over Flowers," in real life, he has even more famous friends who also happen to turn heads. He remains friends with his fellow F-4 member Kim Bum. They appeared together on tvN's program "Star, Becoming A Rookie." He is also friends with BigBang's T.O.P. They have been friends since middle school since they lived in the same neighborhood. He's also close with all three members of JYJ, which should be no surprise since Junsu is the captain of his football team. Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Jae Joong actually lived together for a year and consider each other best friends for life. And of course he remains good friends with all the members of his band SS501.

"Even if you are unhappy, it's important to maintain a positive attitude," said Kim Hyun Joong, "That way happy days and a happy mood will follow. I always follow this rule so I am always happy."
