Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have been in news for their latest upcoming bout. Last week, Manny Pacquiao claimed that he was negotiating with Floyd Mayweather Jr. He wanted to stage a rematch of their mega fight that took place on May 2 earlier this year. The fight had been one of the biggest fights for the two boxers, claiming to shatter previous records.

However, Manny Pacquiao has taken back that claim for a similar fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. This has turned out to be the dampener for the boxing fans who were hoping for a more action-packed encounter between the two fighters. Both fighters are currently being considered as boxing's pound-for-pound kings, said The Inquisitr.

Top Rank Promotions boss Bob Arum has also urged Manny Pacquiao Flyod Mayweather Jr match to be his returning match and taking Floyd as his comeback opponent.

Philippine boxing legend Manny Pacquiao was injured earlier and had undergone a surgery on May 07 to repair a tear to his right rotator cuff. However, the recent interview revealed that his shoulder was 80 to 90 percent healed from the shoulder operation. The fighter was ready to return to practice rings for training within few weeks, said The Telegraph UK.

Manny Pacquiao Flyod Mayweather Jr. was also expected to be an exciting match before career end of Pacquiao. He had announced last week that he would likely retire next year after one last fight to focus on his career in politics. He also stated that he was in talks with Mayweather and Britain's Amir Khan on who will be his last opponent, said The Telegraph UK.

Arum also stated that Pacquiao would like to fight Mayweather but since the fight is going to be his, Pacquiao needs to forget about it and move on. Manny's ready to fight with any body but wants the best deal, said LA Times
