Woman's Day reported that the former "Twilight" co-stars are secretly dating even if the actress just recently broke up with her girlfriend of almost a year, Alicia Cargile.
However, some are cynical over the news report. There are even speculations that rumors that Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are dating could be nothing more than a publicity stunt.
"Their sources [Woman's Day] claim Kristen has 'strong feelings" for Taylor," Celeb Dirty Laundry wrote. "They support their story with Kristen and Taylor's 'flirty' behavior at the premiere of 'American Ultra' back in August."

According to Glamour, Kristen is allegedly dating a new girl just after she broke up with Alicia Cargile.
"The actress, 25, was spotted watching new potential love interest Lyndsey Gunnulfsen, 21, also known as Lynn Gvnn, performing with her hardcore band PVRIS last week," the magazine reported on October 20.
"And the pair are so alike that they could actually be twins."
