Elizabeth Hurley Instagram Shows Off Her Bikini Body; On Holiday With Her Teenage Son

50-year old Elizabeth Hurley is currently on vacation with her teenage son Damian Charles. She slipped into yet another bikini on Monday as she topped her tan and posted a picture with her son on her Instagram account. Sporting a pair of designer frames and a cover-up white shirt, Elizabeth smiled at the camera, while Damian leant on the chair behind her in the Instagram snap, said Daily Mail UK. She captioned the image as 'with my baby.'

Elizabeth Hurley instagram account has depicted her as a health and fitness fanatic. She has always been keeping her followers up to date with her travels on Instagram by posting a series of sexy images. Earlier, she had posted a sexy image of herself in a skimpy yellow bikini - again, from her own collection which had a gold chain detail on the briefs. Many of her fans were impressed with her toned body, said Daily Caller. They also commented on her Instagram saying, "So perfect." "She is in her 50s!!" or "You just seem to get better with age."

In an interview, the Royals star had talked about her diet and exercise routine revealing that one of the secrets to her enviable figure is cutting back on eating later in the day. If her jeans felt tight she tried to cut back a bit and if she was staying home in the evening, she would eat a very light dinner.

She also stated that she tried to go out of her way to eat an apple for a snack instead of a cookie and started the day with a couple of mugs of hot water. She also said that she ate pretty normally but avoid processed and junk foods. She revealed that she did not do a lot of set exercises but remained very active and ran around all day, said ET Online.

Hurley currently stars in the E! show "The Royals," where she plays Queen Helena Henstridge who is the matriarch of a royal family who is trying to keep her family out of the spotlight, said Daily Caller.
