Veteran Hong Kong superstar Aaron Kwok is reportedly lavishly celebrating his growing family after learning that his wife, model Moka Fang, is pregnant with their first son.
According to a report from entertainment outlet 8World, the 58-year-old singer and actor has awarded his wife approximately 100 million HKD (USD 13 million) as a "thank-you gift" after the couple received news of their baby's gender.
"I'm finally having a boy," Kwok reportedly told a close friend, expressing joy that his long-held dream of having a son is coming true.
The friend, who regularly plays mahjong with Kwok, added that despite suffering several recent losses in the game, the star was visibly elated and "smiling the whole time."
Kwok and Fang, who married in 2017, already have two daughters.
The couple had previously believed their second child might be a boy, and Kwok was quietly hopeful at the time, sharing that he looked forward to passing down his luxury car and watch collections.
Although that pregnancy resulted in a daughter—whom the family "loves dearly," according to sources—Kwok never gave up on having a son.
Following the recent pregnancy news, the Four Heavenly Kings member reportedly lifted the spending limit on Fang's credit cards, granting her full financial freedom during her pregnancy.
He also prepared a substantial monetary gift as a gesture of appreciation.
Fang, 36, has been spotted in public in recent weeks with a visible baby bump, accompanied by personal assistants during shopping trips and social events.
Netizens noted her appearances at luxury boutiques and upscale brunches in Hong Kong, while the couple's daughters are reportedly being cared for by Fang's mother.
Aaron Kwok, a two-time Golden Horse Award winner, also still steps in front of the camera.
