Halle Berry And Olivier Martinez Divorce: Berry Filed For Divorce Again On Wednesday

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez made an official announcement on their split on Tuesday just two years after their wedding. However, Berry filed divorce for second time on Wednesday since her estranged husband used real names in the petition unlike Berry's use of aliases in her documents.

Berry and her estranged husband Martinez officially announced on Tuesday that they have filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences. The couple share two-year-old son Maceo as a symbol of their bonding. It is alleged that Berry filed for divorce first while Martinez submitted the papers later on Tuesday.

But the actress filed for divorce again on Wednesday switching the pseudonyms to real names, according to Mail Online.

"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce," the couple said in a statement, reported Mail Omline.

"We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son."

"We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period," the couple added.

It is said that Berry is not expecting any spousal support while the cost of bringing up their son is to be shared by both the parents as per their prenuptial agreement. But Martinez who hasn't mentioned anything about spousal support has requested those matters to be discussed on a later date, reported People.

Though the couple agreed for the joint-custody of their son Maceo, Berry is said to have attached a form regarding visitation. The duo will "share custody as is in the best interest of the child," however, Martinez needs permission to take the child out of California as well as pay the transportation expenses.

The duo met each other on the sets of "Dark Tide" in 2010 and got married in July 13, 2013. Son Maceo was born on October 5, 2013 just couple of months after they tied the knot.

Martinez's wild temper is allegedly blamed for the couple's split but they experienced difficulties in terms of differences in their personalities.
