'Goddess of Marriage' Nam Sang Mi on Verge of Becoming Infertile Pregnant from Stress

"Goddess of Marriage" Nam Sang Mi is on the verge of becoming infertile because of the stress she is receiving from the in-laws.

August 31, the 19th episode of the SBS weekend drama "Goddess of Marriage" featured Song Ji Hye (Nam Sang Mi) receiving way too much stress from her in-laws.

Song Ji Hye and her husband Kang Tae Wook (Kim Ji Hoon) go to the gynecologist's office for a checkup ordered by her in-laws. The doctor has known Kang Tae Wook's family for a long time and takes very careful look at Song Ji Hye. The doctor focuses on the dark circles under Song Ji Hye's eyes and her irregular menstrual cycles.

The doctor meets with Kang Tae Wook and says, "There is nothing wrong with both of you. Don't you have any type of training overseas? I think you could have a child very soon if you take your wife and left for about a year."

The doctor continues, "The biggest problem is the hormonal imbalance due to too much stress. If you leave her this way, her menstrual cycles will continue to become more and more irregular and she could become infertile one day. Take her outside of the country or something and let her be at rest." The doctor was basically stating that Song Ji Hye has not been able to get pregnant because of all the stress from her in-laws.

Thinking of his wife, Kang Tae Wook decides to leave for New York. Song Ji Hye tells his husband, "Thank you so much. Thank you so so much."
