'The Master's Sun' Gong Hyo Jin, ‘Now I Know How I Can See Ghosts’

Gong Hyo Jin's secret to seeing ghosts was revealed.

On the last episode of SBS Wednesday Thursday drama 'The Master's Sun' aired on October 3, 2013, Tae Gong Shil (Gong Hyo Jin), who had come back from being away for a year, told Lee Jung Won (So Ji Sub) the secret she had discovered.

Gong Shil had been curious of her ability to see ghosts, and she told Jung Won that she found her answer while traveling. She had been communicating with a number of souls who had visited her for three years around You Jin Wu (Lee Cheon Hee), who also can see souls.

Gong Shil said, "I realized that it was my promise with the souls that I was able to see them," adding that, "I promised the powerless ghosts to send their messages to their loved ones."

Gong Shil later said, "I used to be scared of myself who could see and hear ghosts. But I am not afraid or spiteful anymore," adding that now she accepts it as her fate.

On that episode, Gong Shil boldly accepted her fate and revealed her love to Jung Won.
