‘Superman Returns’ Yano Shiho Releases Yoga Book

The popular KBS 2 TV entertainment program 'Superman Returns' Choo Sa Rang's mother and Japanese model Yano Shiho is releasing a new yoga book called "SHIHO loves YOGA."

"SHIHO loves YOGA" is a yoga book and a video set. In the book and video, Yano Shiho would guide people through a series of yoga poses and her breathing techniques. In related news, on the most recent episode of the popular KBS 2 TV entertainment program 'Superman Returns,' which aired on Dec. 6, 2015, the Song Il Gook family, the Lee Hwi Jae family, the Choo Sung Hoon family, and the Uhm Tae Woong family enjoyed spending time with the children. Japanese top model Yano Shiho and her daughter Choo Sarang went to yoga together since her dad Choo Sung Hoon was out preparing for the MMA fight night in Seoul. Yano Shiho and Choo Sarang appeared on this day's episode wearing matching yellow yoga clothes and tried couple yoga.
