"Remember" (Remember- War of the Son) continue to deliver top ratings through its use of high-octane melodrama and heartfelt crying scenes involving Yoo Seung Ho.

According to Nielsen Korea, the fifth episode of the legal series recorded 13.4 percent in nationwide viewership. This was an increase of 1.3 percent from the previous ratings of 12.1.

Episode five reunited Seo Jin Woo (Yoo Seung Ho) with Lee In Ah (Park Min Young).  The unlikely pair was previously acquainted during the heartbreaking criminal investigation of Jin Woo's father, Seo Jae Hyuk (Jun Kwang Ryul).

While Jin Woo and In Ah were helpless students during the initial days of the trial, they come face-to-face with one another as accomplished legal professionals.

Jin Woo insinuates himself as the defendant in a sexual assault case involving the vice president of Il Ho, the conglomerate responsible for framing his father while In Ah serves as the prosecutor in the same trial.

In Ah is visibly moved by the complete personality change of Jin Woo, as he appears to be a lawyer who is only motivated by money, fashioning himself after Park Dong Ho (Park Sung Woong), a seemingly deceptive hotshot attorney.

"Remember" concluded with Jin Woo and In Ah facing off in the courtroom, as the series strayed from providing cliched Christmas scenes.

The drama benefits from the cultivated screenwriting of Yoon Hyun Ho, who was awarded Best Screenplay honors at the 2014 Daejong Film Awards for the hit legal movie, "The Attorney."

The KBS2 period drama, "The Merchant Gaekju 2015," continued to deliver double-digit ratings, but was unable to defeat, "Remember." "The Merchant Gaekju 2015" recorded 11.7 percent in nationwide viewership.

Meanwhile, MBC's "Sweet Savage Family" continues to experience a decrease in its audience, recording 4.4 percent.
