Singer IU Stars In "Pretty Boy" with Jang Geun Suk

Singer IU has confirmed her role as a main character in the new KBS2 Wednesday Thursday drama "Pretty Boy" in addition to her role in KBS weekend drama "Best Lee Soon Shin."

An official from IU's agency Group Eight said on October 22, 2013, "IU has been casted as Kim Bo Ton, a female main character of 'Pretty Boy,' which is to air after 'Secret.' She plays an average girl who started liking the 'pretty boy' in middle school."

The official added, "She is to play a role that does anything to get the 'pretty boy's' heart."

Singer IU and actor Jang Geun Suk star as main characters of drama "Pretty Boy." It tells a story of a pretty boy Jang Geun Suk and his know-how on how to become a pretty boy by getting the hearts of 10 successful girls in Korea. It is to air after "Secret" on November 20, 2013.
