SBS variety program "Whenever I Have a Moment" concluded its fourth season on a strong ratings streak, maintaining its dominance in Tuesday night programming and raising expectations for a possible Season 5 featuring hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Yeon Seok.
According to coverage from Daum, the April 14 broadcast achieved a peak viewership rating of 6.9%, securing the No. 1 spot among Tuesday variety shows for 15 consecutive weeks.
The report stated, "The viewership ratings for 'Whenever I Get a Moment,' which aired on the 14th, peaked at 6.9% per minute, reached 4.7% for households, and was 1.7% for the 20-49 age group."
The program has built its popularity through its "gap mission" format, where cast members and guests interact with ordinary citizens while completing surprise challenges in everyday locations.
The program was described as, "SBS's 'Whenever I Have a Moment,' a variety show that 'targets' good luck during brief moments encountered in daily life."
Season 4 featured guests including Lee Kwang Soo and Park Bo Young, contributing to the show's continued buzz and strong audience engagement.
Yoo Yeon-seok said, "I look forward to the next season. Please don't forget us until then."
Yoo Jae-suk also expressed appreciation for viewers and participants, saying, "I am grateful to the viewers who gave us so much love, as well as the owners and friends of the gap, and everyone who made time for us during their free time."
Meanwhile, Yoo Yeon-seok also recently drew attention in a separate video appearance involving a shaman consultation. According to coverage by The Chosun Daily, a shaman told the actor that his "spirit gate" had opened while discussing his acting immersion and injury during a drama project.
The shaman said, "The 'spirit gate' is open. Spirit gate. Even though it's a drama, you have to immerse yourself in the character, so the spirit can enter."
The shaman also commented on Yoo's acting abilities, adding that his energy made him especially suited for supernatural roles, which prompted a surprised reaction from the actor.
