Former E! reality star, Dina Fisher has thrown in the towel and decided to file for divorce from husband Clint Eastwood. The news came following reports that Clint’s new ladylove, Erica Fisher was spotted in the actor’s home in L.A.

Dina earlier filed legal separation from “The Bridges of Madison County” star but People magazine noted that the TV personality withdrew the action on Oct. 7 and went on to file for divorce instead.

Citing irreconcilable differences, Dina filed the papers in Monterey County, Calif. on Tuesday, Oct. 21, just 14 days after the withdrawal of the legal separation process.

It will be recalled People mag confirmed Dina and Clint split last month.

"This is really sad," a source was quoted as saying by People. "They were great partners for many years."

Dina, 48 and Clint, 83 have been married for 17 years. According to the Washington Post, the couple met when Dina was still a TV journalist and interviewed Clint for her TV news station. They got married in March 2006. They have a 16-year old daughter. The former reality star is asking for full spousal support and physical custody of their daughter, said Washington Post. Dina is also seeking attorney’s fee, added People magazine.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Eastwood is dating Erica Fisher. the Australian born blonde was last reported living in Clint’s L.A. home. She was last seen driving around town in Clint’s Mercedes Benz.

 It is said that when Dina found out about Clint’s romantic involvement with Erica, she took it as a shock even prompting her to enter to a rehab in Arizona for a while.
