Conan Will Appear In 'One More Happy Ending'

Conan O'Brien may have upset some Korean fans when he unexpectedly cut short a fan meeting earlier this week but his trip to Korea will have a happy ending. In fact, it will have a "One More Happy Ending," when he appears on an episode of the romantic comedy.

O'Brien and actress Jang Na Ra posted a photo of themselves smiling together on Instagram. Jang Na Ra stars in the romantic comedy about a dating service that matches up people who have been divorced. Her character in the drama is also divorced and is searching for one more chance at love.

On Instagram O'Brien spoke about meeting the actress and working with her on the romantic comedy. He complimented Jang even if he inverted her name and the name of the drama and referred to the drama as a soap opera.

"Had the honor of appearing on Korean soap opera 'Happy Ending One More Time' with the beautiful Na Ra Jang. She was great. I was terrible."

He was probably not as terrible as he imagined but viewers will have to judge for themselves when he appears in one of this week's episodes.

O'Brien told the media outlet Korea Times that he originally came to Korea because of a fan letter he received from a Korean student named Sunny Lee. The letter included delicious Korean snacks.

During his five-day trip, O'Brien will tape a special episode of his own show, "Conan," and visit traditional Korean villages. While in those villages he will try soju, make kimchi and receive acupuncture treatments.

He also scheduled a meeting with JYP Entertainment's Park Jin Young. They will discuss working together on an as-yet undisclosed project.
