Lee Sun Kyun In 'Miss Korea'

Actor Lee Sun Kyun (38) confirmed that he would be in the new MBC Wednesday/Thursday drama "Miss Korea."

A staff member from Lee Sun Kyun's management company Ho Doo Entertainment said on October 31st to SportsSeoul.com, "Lee Sun Gyun will be in 'Miss Korea' and he is confirmed to be collaborating with Lee Yeon Hee."

Writer Suh Sook Hyang and Producer Kwon Suk Jang will be collaborating together as their great harmony was apparent in "Pasta" and "Golden Time."  It's especially interesting that Lee Sun Kyun who starred in "Pasta" will be joining.  Regarding this, this staff member said, "The decision to be in this drama was largely an effect of the staff of 'Pasta.' Lee Sun Kyun trusts the two so much that he decided to be in the drama."

"Miss Korea" is about the struggles of villagemen who strive to make a local girl (played by Lee Yeon Hee) into Miss Korea.  Lee Sung Min, along with Lee Sun Kyun, will be joining to add fun.

"Miss Korea" will be the successor to "Medical Top Team" and will be broadcast in mid-December.
