Kim Ah Joong's Never Ending Support for Seoul International Women's Film Festival

Kim Ah Joong, during the reception for the festival, said, "I am happy to be with you this year. I hope that the 'Seoul International Women's Film Festival' will be loved by more people and be enjoyed together. If there is anything we can do to support and help, I will add strength".   

The actress has been really putting all of her efforts and love by visiting the theater room, having an interaction with the audience, as well as discussing the films showed by their filmmakers. 

Also, she generously gave a chance to those fans who wanted to take a picture with her fans as well as to those visitors who were present to the said film festival.

Kim Ah-Joong started her career as the first feminist at the 17th Seoul International Women's Film Festival in 2015 and has been with the Seoul International Women's Film Festival as the Honorary Commissioner for two years.

Kim made her film debut in the romance film "When Romance Meets Destiny"(2005).

The actress became infamous for her outstanding role portrayal for the Korean tearjerker film, "200 Pounds Beauty" which depicts that despite a woman's outer appearance, may she be thin or thick, ugly or pretty, the real beauty will always come from the heart, which is the central theme of the film. During her appearance on the film as the lead actress, she bagged the Best Actress Award in 2007 for the Grand Bell Awards.

Kim Ah Joong also marks her name on the history for singing the song in the film that became sensational songs, "Beautiful Girl" and "Maria".

Before being the Ambassador of the Seoul International Women's film festival on 2015,  Kim Ah Joong also became the Ambassador on 2009 for Goodwill Ambassador of FranceExpress and 46th Savings Day: Prime Minister Commendation.

On the other hand, Kim Ah Joong can be seen on the current high rating Korean Film, "Bad Guys: The Movie", which is gaining a lot of attention and critic's positive reviews upon release last August. The Movie was based on its Korean drama and Kim Ah Joong will be playing the role of Kwak No Soon.
