1.  "You did it first" Gong Hyo-jin and Kang Ha-neul's kissing scene

Camellia (Gong Hyo-jin) has always run away when faced with hardship and adversity. After a while, she vowed not to run anymore. That's all because of Yongsik (Kang Ha-neul). Camellia woke him up but couldn't control her feelings. She leaned on and kissed Yongsik on the lips. He woke up and kissed her back saying "you did it first." The scene etched the viewers' hearts and that line became famous overnight.

2. "Don't hit my baby" Kang Ha-neul became Kim Kang-hoon's hero

Pil-gu (Kim Kang-hoon), the son of Camellia, suffered injustice during a football game. Grabbing everyone's attention and walking in the middle of the field, Yongsik said, "Yes, he's my son. I'm his father!" He also told the coach that he recorded what happened with a drone. The coach threatened him that he'll call the police but Yongsik answered, "I'm here! I am the police!" At that moment, Yongsik became Pil-gu's hero.

The most heartbreaking part of "When Camellia Blooms" is Hyang-mi's history. She has always been alone without friends to help her. All she ever wanted was to give her siblings a good life. She even stole 30 million won from Dong-baek. Hyang-mi told her, "Don't forget me. My family's living well without me, but please remember me. If you do, it means I truly exist in this world." The scene was heartbreaking because it seemed like the ending of a good friendship. She may have betrayed Dong-baek but she only did it for her family.
