Moon Ga Young and Kim Dong Wook Find Love in “Find Me in Your Memory”
MBC's upcoming romance drama "Find Me in Your Memory" has revealed its new intriguing teaser. The series is starred by actors Kim Dong Wook (portraying Lee Jung Hoon) and Moon Ga Young (Yeo Ha Jin).
Lee Jung Hoon is a news anchor who supervises the "News Live," which is the No. 1 news station in Korea, and Yeo Ha Jin is an actress who is equipped with six years of acting experience but faces numerous endless controversies over her acting ability. Lee Jung Hoon has a hyperthymestic syndrome or also known as Hyperthymesia. This is a condition that gives people the ability to remember an abnormally very large amount of their life experiences in a sharp detail. On the other hand, Yeo Ha Jin's character is an ascending star who has forgotten some of the most important occasions of her life as a psychological defense mechanism.
Even though their memories work in completely opposite ways, both characters have the same emotional scars. And they eventually cross paths to uncover their deep feelings of love for each other.
The new teaser starts at an awards show, where Kim Dong Wook is seen accepting the award for program of the year. Meanwhile, Moon Ga Young expressed in a voiceover, "What I liked about news anchor Lee Jung Hoon is that he is very smart and he is extremely sexy when he speaks bluntly." There is also a scene wherein Kim Dong Wook catches Moon Ga Young as she falls over and tells her, "When I'm with you, I have to be vigilant. Be careful when you go and don't fall again."
Having the words stated, "The moment when love begins," both the main characters starts sharing their sweet thoughts with one another. Moon Ga Young expressed saying, "Should I say he's gotten nicer, or should I say he's gotten softer?" and in response Kim Dong Wook says that his darling is a good person and that he wants her to be happy.
In the screen it reads, "Painful memories that suddenly appear," since Kim Dong Wook finds out that Moon Ga Young was a long-time patient of someone he knows. Moon Ga Young says that she just wishes she would disappear. Then, Kim Dong Wook asked her a question if it is possible that her memories will never return, she responded it feels like all her lost time is now being filled.
The released clip ended with the love birds locking lips on an occasion as Kim Dong Wook is asking which of them is more pitiful, him who can never forget or Yeo Ha Jin, who needed to forget in order to live?
MBC's "Find Me in Your Memory" is slated to premiere on Wednesday, March 18 at 8:55 p.m. KST. Directed by Oh Hyun Jong, the drama is written by Kim Yoon Joo and Song Jae Jung. It will air 32 episodes in total and each episode will be 35 minutes long.
