"Hospital Playlist" Recap: A Doctor's Life Is Never Easy

In the recent episode of Netflix's "Hospital Playlist," an 84-year-old patient came in for medical consultation with Ik-Jun. He complained that because of his liver transplant, there have been many changes in his body. It was different before the surgery. Ik-Jun assured him that things will get better soon. 

Gyeo Wool and other resident doctors discussed how they know about the five doctors. They wanted to know more about their hobbies and their characters. Suk Hyung attended a young girl in his clinic for an irregular bleeding problem. Her mother took her to the hospital for a check-up. The young girl secretly informed Suk Hyung that she might be pregnant and her mother had no idea about it. 

Jung Won's salary won't last a long time since he always donates or sponsors a person in need. Jung Wan advised him to stop doing or else he won't have any savings in the future. Jung Won and Suk Hyung had a meeting to discuss the sequence of an upcoming operation. Ik-Jun assisted the nurse station for them to have their meal while he took care of the counter. The nurse felt happy about his understanding.  

Meanwhile, Song Hwa is very active in her church activity. She joined the choir group and gave a dance interpretation for praise. She managed all her activities even if she had a full load in surgery and in her clinic. This is why doctor Chi Yong likes her. He admires her dedication to work yet she still has time to do things like camping and music. 

Gyeo Wool, Chi Yong and Min Ha gathered again with a senior doctor to talk more about the five doctors. They wanted to know more about their past and what they enjoy doing. The senior doctor shared with them how the five doctors formed a group during their medical university days. Chi Yong is surprised to know that Song Hwa likes to sing. Gyeo Wool is excited to hear Jung Won play the drums. They also thought that Suk Hyung does not participate in any social activities. Min Ha is amazed to know that he plays the piano. 

Suk Hyung's mother visited the hospital for a check-up. He always takes care of her. Song Hwa shared about Suk Hyung's father never coming back because he found another woman. Ik-Jun mentioned that Suk Hyung's mother did not pursue the divorce papers that is why their family remains connected.

He was studying in another country when he found out that his sister died, and he went back to Korea. On his way home, he saw his father on the same plane with another lady. This was the first time that Suk Hyung learned of his father's secret affair. When he confronted his mother, she told him that she knew a long time about his cheating. Suk Hyung cried to know his mother's heartache. Suk Hyung always put his mother's priority, although his mother would tease him about Song Hwa.
