The drama series provides a smooth transition of their love and tender care towards each other. Tae Eul learned the danger that is coming for King Gon. She then realized how rich and famous he is when she visited his Kingdom. It was an unexpected first kiss from King Gon played by Lee Min Ho in "The King: Eternal Monarch." Kim Go Eun was seated on the floor, and Lee Min Ho was beside her. He casually talked and leaned over to give her a soft and gentle kiss. He made to pretend that he was good in the romantic sides of life.

Since then, they became closer, and Kim Go Eun opens up her heart for him. She works hard on the outside but soft on the inside for the man who is larger than life. That first kiss and being apart as they lived different worlds kept their heart longing for more.

Being away from each other is never easy for King Gon. He discovered that the man who killed his father is alive. He understands that Lee Rim will come back not only to him but the people that he cares for. As he visited Tae Eul's world, he realized that she also cares for him.

Tae Eul, in her way to be cool and in control, said, "I love you" to King Gon in a parking lot and left him in surprise. He answered with "me too," with a deep stare and a sincere smile.

The life of King Gon is in danger as Tae Eul tries to help in finding Lee Rim before he gets them first. They realized that there are people working and trained by Lee Rim. His capabilities to hurt anyone is never underrated. The half part of the magic flute is in Lee Rim's position, and he is aiming to acquire the other half which King Gon holds. The magic flute binds them together as they enter both parallel worlds.

The latest episode will show how deeply they care for each other. Tae Eul and King Gon wish to protect each other at all costs.

King Gon shared with captain Jo Yeong the truth about Lee Rim. He also discovered that detective Shin Jae recognized him as his King. Lee Rim has placed Shin Jae in Korea as he holds Shin Jae's mother to be a spy in the palace.

Lee Min Ho is very focused on his work and makes special chemistry with Tae Eul. Their second kiss happens as they are immersed in each other. Their eyes are flustered of the things that might occur. Lee Min Ho leaned over and gave Tae Eul the melting kiss once again.
