Shi Joon felt relieved while listening to Woo Joo's music and seeing her dancing to the beat. His inner self felt awakened from the music that makes him smile.

Psychogenic illness is a psychological scar. It develops through a mental or psychological issue when putting in the same in a traumatic situation. 

Shi Joon lost a patient that he took care of before. She had borderline issues that he realized the woman fell for him. This time, Shi Joon felt that Woo Joo would be in the same situation. The more he treats her, she would feel something special. Shi Joon tries to avoid her and asks Young Won to handle Woo Joo for the meantime.

There is one way to free his psychogenic illness from the traumatic experience of the woman. Shi Joon learns to treat his issue and face his fears. He needs to work and be strong to face his fears towards his father, Woo Joo, and his ability to stay on as a psychiatrist.

Woo Joo met Young Won for sessions to continue her counseling therapy. She confesses that she has special feelings for Shi Joon. Young Won acknowledged her feelings and assured her nothing should stop her if that's what she feels.

Shi Joon took Park Luo to a short walk in the hospital garden. He bids farewell to him and advises him to stay true to his feelings and listen to the true sound that he hears within himself.

Resident doctor No Ri captured a famous doctor who takes videos of women for porn. The doctor is under investigation and is admitted to being a member of a porn site "DocSC." Doc means doctor and SC means secret camera. It's a porn site that caters to doctors who are into pornography and has a problem with psychological distress.

Twenty-two doctors who are working in Shi Joon's hospital are members of the said porn site. Chief Park advised all his doctors to treat the 22 employees for counseling as per the director's approval.

It's never easy to convince the doctors to join the therapy. They are skeptical as their fellow doctors will learn about their illegal activity. The police already investigated the issue and might revoke the license of the doctors.

No-Ri was shocked to know that she was a victim of the secret camera. Someone took a picture of her wearing fitting clothes and uploaded it on the site. No Ri felt depressed about what happened.

Shi Joo convinced Woo Joo to work in the hospital and handle the stage therapy. Woo Joo agreed and was excited to work in the hospital again. She will manage the patients of "DocSC" and perform on stage to help them express how they feel.

The psychiatric department tagged the 22 employees with voyeurism illness. They have sexual pleasure in seeing others naked or engage in such activity. The issue was very sensitive since these are people in the medical profession.

After Woo Joo's therapy session, the doctor on stage burst out his pain and, at the same time, apologized to No Ri. He admitted that he was responsible for uploading her picture to the site. His illness appears due to his problem with his family.

Shi Joon walked Woo Joo to her home. He bids goodbye, and out of her happiness, she embraces Shi Joon, which took him by surprise.
