WATCH: Yu Jun Sang Narrates The First Teaser For JTBC's “Graceful Friends”
With a two-digit nationwide rating, JTBC's "The World of The Married" and "Itaewon Class" have been loved by viewers. The channel has been showcasing a unique storyline, intense drama, excellent casting, and great cinematography. And now, they will be airing a type of show that will make you sit back (but not relaxed) as this series will involve five married couples and a murder case disrupting them.
"Graceful Friends," also known as "Elegant Friends," is a drama with a twist of mystery as they unravel about a murder that occurred in a new town. The story follows a group of middle-aged men, who will inhabit a new town together with their wives, and their seemingly peaceful lives will be disrupted as the murder remains a mystery.
In the first teaser, Ahn Goong Cheol (Yu Jun Sang) is narrating the whole trailer, saying, "Blood ran in reverse. I could not see anything. I could not hear anything. I only thought I had to protect my precious people. But, when I woke up, I found a person dead in front of me. The world was full of the smell of blood. It was just like 20 years ago."
In addition, this group has been friends for twenty years. Did something happen way back twenty years ago? Who knows? Stay tuned and be thrilled.
This unique storyline and the interesting plot have kept viewers excited compared to JTBC's mega-hit "Sky Castle" that was aired in 2018. This upcoming mystery drama will surely keep viewers get hooked on the show.

Yoo Jun-sang as Ahn Goong-chul, Song Yoon-ah as Nam Jung-hae, Bae Soo-bin as Jung Jae-hoon, Han Eun-jung as Baek Hae-sook, Kim Sung-oh as Jo Hyung-woo, Kim Hye-eun as Kang Kyung-ja, Jung Suk-yong as Park Choon-bok, Lee In-hye as Yoo Eun-sil, Kim Won-hae as Cheon Man-shik and Kim Ji-young as Ji Myung-sook.
This star-studded cast plus the pre-produced drama that has already wrapped filming, the viewers can expect a high-quality series this summer. Song Yoon Ah also posted a photo and expressed gratitude to her co-stars, who she filmed for five months.
PD Song Hyun Wook will be helming the drama series. His other works include "Another Oh Hae Young," "Marriage, Not Dating," "Introverted Boss," and "Beauty Inside."
"Graceful Friends" premiered on July 10 in South Korea.
