A Korean Remake of the Chinese Hit Drama “A Love So Beautiful”

"A Love So Beautiful" has been overly popular in China which aired in 2017. It is definitely one of China's most popular teen dramas ever as it has gathered over 5.5billions views all across China's streaming websites.
In SPOTV's exclusive report, the remake of "A Love So Beautiful" will be a Kakao M short drama version, lasting only for twenty minutes per episode.
Recently, Kakao M has been confirmed that the remake has started preparing full-pledge. However, they are still finding the actors who will star as counterparts of Hu YiTian and Shen Yue; it is yet to be finalized. But other details such as when it would air and what platform it will air on has already been discussed.
Kakao M was established in 1978 by Min Yeong-bin. This South Korean entertainment company is formerly known as Seoul Records, YBM Seoul Records and LOEN Entertainment. It continues to be one of the largest co-publisher companies in South Korea, and is not limited to record label but also as talent agency, music production company, event management, concert production company, and music publishing house.
Meanwhile, many netizens who have watched the Chinese drama describe the series as somewhat similar to the Reply series.
The drama is centered in the lives of two high school students who are neighbors. Xiao Xi palyed by Shen Yue, is the girl who fell in love with her next door neighbor Jiang Chen, played by Hu Yi Tian. Xiao Xi, a cheerful and happy girl who does not show much seriousness in her studies. She is very outspoken and she is not shy to show to the whole campus regarding her admiration to Jiang Chen. Not only Jiang Chen is intelligent and always on top of the class he is also good looking and not just Xiao Xi admire him for that.
The drama will highlight their high school lives and their preparation as they transition into college.

In 2017, Hu Yi Tian debuted as an actor in Rush to the Dead Summer in the same year he was cast in the hit drama in A Love So Beautiful. The actor is loved because of his charisma and his great acting skills. He has won several awards including Most Promising Actor.
Meanwhile his co-star actress Shen Yue has been in numerous drama series including the remake of the Taiwanese hit drama Meteor Garden as Shan Cai in 2018. She is currently the lead actress in the the drama series Count Your Lucky Stars with Jerry Yan, the F4 leader in the original Meteor Garden.
