The new behind-the-scenes video for tvN's upcoming drama "Record of Youth" (literal title) has been released, showing the lead cast and directors having good chemistry on their first script reading.
This new series tackles young people in the modeling industry. From its title "Record of Youth,'' it depicts a story about the youth of this generation's life and struggles. The path that leads a person affects the life that one is born to. Dreams are vague and a luxury not everyone can afford. Even so, the characters in the story push forward with their dreams holding on to their passion to succeed.

Sa Hye Joon (Park Bo Gum) is a man that goes after his dream to be a model and an actor. He is idealistic and perceives the world with an open mind. He instills a bright and warm personality to continue his passion and goals in life.

Ahn Jung Ha (Park So Dam) works hard to be a well-known makeup artist. She is practical and determined to achieve her goals. There are misconceptions in the environment she lives in, but perceptions and other people's viewpoints do not bother her.
In case you're not aware, this is Park So Dam's comeback project after her latest hit role in the Oscar awardee film "Parasite."

Won Hae Hyo (Byun Woo Seok) is Sa Hye Joon's best friend. He is a model and an actor who values hard work rather than family status and wealth. He's a gentleman with a kind heart but competitive to get what he wants.

Everyone was excited and happy to participate in the drama's script reading-the room filled with outgoing energy and laughter for the actors and director. Park Bo Gum initiated in greeting his fellow co-stars, while Byun Woo Seok smiled and shared friendly conversation with the rest of the cast.
As they started, Park Bo Gum opened his greetings with a warm smile and said, "I wish this will become a memorable drama that will be beautifully filmed. I will work hard and do my best."
Lead actress Park So Dam commented, "I hope we can be safe and well until the end of the drama."
Byun Woo Seok turned to say, "I hope we can have fun filming without getting hurt."
A part of the video shows all smiles and good vibes from the supporting cast. Ha Hee Ra and Shin Ae Ra will portray Sa Hye Joon's and Won Hae Hyo's eomeoni (mother). Their family has different outlook and values in life though their sons are good friends who have the same goals.

Veteran actor Han Jin Hee will play the character of Sae Hye Joon's grandfather. Sa Hye Joon's father will be actor Park Soo Young, while Seo Sang Won will play as Won Hae Hyo's father.
The production team was glad that the whole cast had great bonding and teamwork.
