Here Are The Possibilities That We Look Forward To In "Hospital Playlist" Season 2
"Hospital Playlist" or "Wise Doctor Life" is a Korean drama series wherein five students went to the same medical school and are now colleagues in the same hospital, namely Yulje Medical Center. The first season ran from March 12 up until May 28 of 2020, and finished with 12 episodes. It is ranked the ninth highest-rated Korean drama.
The second season is said to air next year, 2021, but there is still no specific date of when will it air exactly. There are also no updates about who the new cast members are, but for sure, the five main leads will remain as is.
The squad consists of Lee Ik Joon (Jo Jung Suk), Ahn Jeong Won (Yoo Yeon Seok), Kim Jun Wan (Jung Kyoung Hu), Yang Seok Hyeong (Kim Dae Myung), and the only girl in the group Chae Song Hwa (Jeon Mi Do).
The five of them have different disciplines: Lee Ik Joon is an assistant professor in general surgery - he tops most of his class and he received the highest grades in the board exam.
Kim Jun Wan focuses on cardiothoracic surgery and it is said that he is the best surgeon in the hospital.
Ahn Jeong Won focuses on pediatric surgery and is an assistant professor. He is described as someone who can both sympathize and empathize with his patients because it saddens him whenever something wrong happens and will always go out of his way just to help those in need.
Yang Seok Hyeong focuses on obstetrics and gynecology and is an assistant professor.
Chae Song Hwa is an associate professor in neurosurgery. She is someone who is willing to help others. She finds joy whenever she is of help to someone.
Many fans are waiting for the second season's exact date and how the story will go, evident that viewers were genuinely fond of the show. Its release was initially in March of 2022, but nothing is set in stone yet.
But we'll most probably see new actors and actresses to join the cast, and new relationships might blossom, such as Ahn Jeong Won and Jang Gyeo Wool after their romantic kiss or the possibility of Lee Ik Joon and Chae Song Hwa's love line.
Not only did the drama become famous with its plot, aesthetics, and characters, but also because of how beautiful and well-made the soundtrack is!
