The upcoming drama of the JTBC network titled "Private Life" has released stills from their first script reading.

"Private Life" is a drama that happens in the current time where people are stealing, sharing, or even fake their private lives. This drama is about con artists using all their techniques to uncover the nation's major "Private Life". The all star cast of this drama include Girls' Generation's Seohyun and Kim Young Min, as well as Go Kyung Pyo who recently came back from the military, and Kim Hyo Jin who is returning to the small screen after eight long years!

Last April 2020, the first script reading was held and all of the cast and production team were present namely: director Nam Gun and scriptwriter Yoo Sung Yeol, actors Go Kyung Pyo, Seohyun, Kim Hyo Jin, Kim Young Min, Park Sung Geun, Song Sun Mi, Jang Jin Hee, Yoon Sa Bong, Kim Min Sang, Kwak Min Ho, Kim Ba Da, Jang Won Hyuk, Cha Soo Yeon, Lee Hak Joo, Kim Seo Won, Lee Joo Yeon, Yoo Hee , Yoon Jung Hoon, Tae Won Suk, Han Kyu Won, and more.

The script reading started with the director sharing his insights as he declared that this is a difficult time for everyone and he'll produce a work that the viewers would feel refreshed and relieved through.

Actor Go Kyung Pyo will be portraying the character of the team manager named Lee Jung Hwan of a big company. His character will be added a hint of oddness to the drama's storyline, having his detailed portrayal of an ordinary man with a lot of hidden secrets.

Meanwhile, Seohyun shocked everyone with her transformation in this drama as the confident and shameless Cha Joo Eun, who is a con artist committing treacherous acts to maintain a living. Cha Joo Eun is a master of disguise.

It was visible that Seohyun was skillfully juggling multiple roles during the reading. After she thoroughly practiced her script beforehand, the actress made an eye-to-eye contact will all the other cast of the show while portraying her role.

Next is Kim Hyo Jin, who will be portraying a classy and heartless character Jung Bok Gi who is within the top one percent of con artists by committing fraud even to other con artists. Despite taking a long break from the small screens, Kim Hyo Jin, without a sweat, executed her charismatic role perfectly.

Furthermore, Kim Young Min ill be joining the cast as well, and he will be portraying the character of Jung Bok Gi's partner, Kim Jae Wook. Opposite to his visible gentle image, Kim Young Min surprised the set when he immersed in his role, giving out a cold atmosphere.

On the other hand, actor Park Sung Geun will be taking on the character of Cha Joo Eun's father. He is also a con artist who trained and raised Cha Joo Eun to follow his footsteps. And Song Sun Mi will play her mother, Kim Mi Sook. The two characters will feature the couple's love-hate relationship and also show off their perfect chemistry when it comes to swindling others.

Won Suk will play Han Son, who is a reliable friend for Cha Joo Eun, and Lee Hak Joo will play the energetic detective Kim Myung Hyun who tries hard to investigate a mysterious case until the end.

"Private Life" production teams expressed that they felt like the cast of characters is already in full bloom after watching the actors' clear and energetic acting. They are now confident that they will be able to create a drama of lifetime that will remain in the heart of the viewers.

 "Private Life" will have its premiere in September after the finale of "Was It, Love?"
