Romance and melodrama "Once Again" follows the Song family, which consists of a married couple, Song Young Dal and Jang Ok Boon. Being married for a very long time, they have four grown children: Joon Sun, Ga Hee, Na Hee, and Da Hee. Joon Sun and Ga Hee live with their parents due to failed marriages.
The third child, Na Hee, is a successful doctor and is married to another doctor named Yoon Gyu Jin at the same hospital. They fell for each other when they started medical school together, which led to a successful marriage. However, as they both continue to live their lives, their marriage stops flourishing. The youngest child, Da Hee, who is engaged to her fiance, experiences several hardships working as an intern in a company. The Song family's neighbors in Yongju Market have taken an interest in their eventful lives.
In past episodes, Choi Yoon Jung started sharing what she felt to Song Na Hee, who was the person who came and comforted her when she needed to go to the hospital for dementia. Jang Ok Boon and Yoon Gyu Jin were also able to express their personal feelings through a heart to heart talk.
In the new stills of "Once Again" shows Song Na Hee looking a lot more worried and Yoon Gyu Jin holding her hand while looking at her with love in his eyes. In other stills, the couple seems to be going on a date. In a heart-fluttering scene, Song Na Hee stands and reaches her hand towards Yoon Gyu Jin, who then decides to hug her lovingly. This still makes viewers curious as to why a sudden change of mood has emerged in the scene.
