"More Than Friends" Posters Show Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun's Unrequitted Love Through The Years
JTBC unveiled a new set of posters showing the timeline of Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun's journey as they fall into unrequited love.
"More Than Friends" is a romance drama love story of two friends who admired each other yet circumstances separated them. After 10, is it destiny that brought them back as they discovered the feelings they have for each other is worth fighting for.
Shin Ye Eun in character as Kyung Woo Yeon, who works as a calligrapher and decided to stop chasing the one-sided love of her long time friend. She works hard and only thought of her first love, but because of the struggles she encounters she decides to give it up. Focusing on her life and moving forward without him in her future.
Ong Seong Wu, in character as Lee Soo, is a successful photographer who is cold and withdrawn. Growing up was not a happy path since his parents divorced, leaving him uninterested in romance. But things changed when he met Shin Ye Eun after 10 years and found her attractive in many ways. Will he go for more than friends this time around?
The drama released two new posters capturing the duo's connetion through the years. One side of the poster shows Kyung Woo Yeon in 2010 smiling and the other side showing Lee Soo in 2020.
The timeline shows the characters' unchanging friendship but as how they find themselves on opposite sides of unrequited love.
This will be another lighthearted drama that will bring inspiration to friendship and love that no matter what, destiny brings two people together at the right time.
The production shared that all actors had transformed and immerse themselves in the role with strong chemistry and love-hurt emotions between Lee Soo and Kyung Woo Yeon.
JTBC's "More Than Friends" will air on September 18, and every Friday and Saturday.
