Here's a Glimpse of Lee Jae Wook and Kim Hye Yoon’s Special Appearance in ‘True Beauty’
tvN's new hit drama "True Beauty" gave a sneak peek of Lee Jae Wook and Kim Hye Yoon's special appearance in the forthcoming episode!
Romantic comedy-drama "True Beauty" tells the story of Lim Ju Gyeong (Moon Ga Young), a makeup guru who hides her bare face in front of others. She uses makeup to hide her insecurities, especially regarding her looks. She met a guy named Lee Su Ho (Cha Eun Woo), a popular and genius student who also attends the same school. He has his own emotional wounds from the past and unexpectedly met Lim Ju Gyeong. They develop a good relationship and become each other's company, sharing their own secrets, and will soon learn to heal their emotional wounds through love.
After the first two episodes have been released, the drama already gained many viewers who are completely hooked up to the characters and story. Meanwhile, the hype for the drama continues to arise for the team has good news for all of you!
Actors Lee Jae Wook and Kim Hye Yoon recently confirmed that they would appear in the drama in support of the "True Beauty" Producing Director Kang Sang Hyun, who also directed their drama "Extraordinary You."
Both stars will be playing their previous characters in the series "Extraordinary You" as Eun Dan Oh (Kim Hye Yoon) and Baek Kyung (Lee Jae Wook). Even though they didn't end up together in their recent drama, they will appear as a couple for their cameo.
It can be seen in the newly released stills that Eun Dan Oh and Baek Kyung are enjoying each other's company while watching a film. They are both showing bright and joyful expressions. Of course! Viewers are more excited to see them again together on screen, looking forward to their chemistry as a sweet couple being deeply in love with each other.
On the other hand, the lead character of the drama, Lee Su Ho, sees the couple, and his eyes get bigger as his face shows concern. Out of nowhere, Lee Su Ho tries to approach Baek Kyung, who looks blank and confused by Su Ho's sudden address.
Lee Jae Wook and Kim Hye Yoon are said to have prepared a lot and rehearsed passionately before filming their scene, since they are already friends with each other and been working closely before, they made the staff members laugh with their natural sweet and humorous chemistry.
Director Kim Sang Hyub also expressed his gratitude towards his previous actors, "I would like to thank most especially Kim Hye Yoon and Lee Jae Wook for wholeheartedly accepting the offer to make a special appearance for this drama 'True Beauty' despite their busy schedules.
