Korean Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings for the Month of January Revealed
January is the month to start the year right, and some of your favorite Korean stars had already made it to the top of this month's brand reputation rankings!
The Korean Business Research Institute finally revealed the drama actors brand reputation rankings for the month of January.
Brand rankings were determined by using a data analysis of the media coverage, participation, interaction, and community indexes of almost 50 Korean celebrities who participated in dramas that aired between Dec. 2, 2020 and Jan. 2, 2021.
In the emerging success of the ongoing hit drama "The Penthouse," actress Kim So Yeon landed at the top of this month's list. She garnered a brand reputation index of 9,344,658. Included in her high-ranking phrases and keywords analysis are "The Penthouse," "Lee Ji Ah," and "Lee Sang Woo." Meanwhile, her highest ranking related words are "act," "passionate acting," and "award." Kim So Yeon's positivity and negativity analysis had a score of 70.55 percent positive reactions.
Her portrayal with the role as Chun Seo Jin showed a magnificent performance that the viewers are enjoying to watch. Following her on the ranking is none other than the ASTRO member and "True Beauty" actor Cha Eun Woo, with a brand reputation index of 8,301,999 for the month of January. When the drama started airing on Dec. 9, it already gained a lot of good feedback from the viewers all across the globe. His charismatic character as Lee Su Ho had captured the hearts of many.
Another "The Penthouse" star made it to the list. Lee Ji Ah came in third place with a brand reputation index of 7,115,490. Whereas "Mr.Queen" actress Shin Hye Sun took the the number four spot. The "True Beauty" star Moon Ga Young followed at the number five spot.
