‘True Beauty’ Achieves High Viewership Rating with Its Latest Episode

With the emerging popularity and success of the ongoing hit Korean drama "True Beauty," it finally achieved a new rating record!

The latest episode (9) of "True Beauty," aired on Jan. 13, garnered the highest viewership rating among its previous episodes. The drama has taken the lead with a new personal best in viewership ratings of 4.265 percent, that amazingly went up from last week's episode (8) with 2.090 percent. It is the overall nationwide percentage according to Nielsen Korea.

It managed to beat other dramas which also airs in the same time slot, such as JTBC's "Run On," which garnered an average nationwide ratings of 3.109 percent, and KBS's "Catch Me If You Can" that recorded with an average ratings of 2.6 and 3.4 percent, a slight increase from their last week's episodes. 

Meanwhile, viewers have been enjoying the clash between the two main leads, dubbed as Team Suho and Team Seojun. Audiences from all over Asia and beyond are so into this drama.

Also, take note that the drama version has made some changes from its original webtoon story, which makes the drama storyline interesting to viewers.

Every week, two new episodes are being released (Wednesday to Thursday), and those episodes never fail to take the internet by storm.

Cha Eun Woo, Moon Ga Young, and Hwang In Yeop are also being recognized for their good acting skills. These three main leads are unpredictable, and they always give new flavor to their roles. Their characters as Lee Suho, Im Jugyeong, and Han Seojun, respecttively, give excitement to all the fans who have been watching the drama.

From drama, comedy, family relationship, and friendship, "True Beauty" is indeed a masterpiece that projects a wide variety of feelings that makes it easily capture the hearts of many. 

We are already close to the ending, but we can't deny that we're hoping to see a happy ending. Also, fans are hoping to see a good relationship between the main leads. They all seem to be close with one another through behind-the-scenes videos that show that the set is always filled with bright energy from the cast. They love to tease and have fun while at work.
