Kwon Nara & Kim Myung Soo Encounter Another Crime to Solve in 'Royal Secret Agent'
Historical Comedy "Royal Secret Agent" (also known as "Secret Royal Inspector") releases brand new stills for its upcoming episode, featuring the leads Kwon Nara and Kim Myung Soo!
"Royal Secret Agent," set in the Joseon Era, is a historical comedy that revolves around three people solving crimes. Sung Yi Gyeom, portrayed by Kim Myung Soo, received the highest score after taking the state examination, which led him to work in the administrative and research department in Hongmungwan. However, after he is caught gambling, he is forced to work as a secret royal inspector as a punishment.
As a secret royal inspector, his job is to solve cases and eradicate illegal acts and corruption committed by public officers. Sung Yi Gyeom is accompanied by a woman who works from a government office disguising as a courtesan named Hong Da In, portrayed by Kwon Nara, and Sung Yo Hyeom's servant, Park Chun Sam who is portrayed by Lee Yi Kyung.
Together, this comedic trio solves crimes and give justice to the crimes committed by several people.

In the previous episodes, many women and children were being murdered all over several places. After the secret royal inspector team discovered this, they immediately sent out an investigation to find out the perpetrator.
After a few investigations, they figure out that some people have been abusing the hallucinogenic powers of the poppy flower and were in charge of killing the woman who tried to tell on them. Working together, Sung Yi Kyum and Hong Da In are getting closer and closer to discovering the truth about the series of murders happening all over town.
The recently-released stills show how Sung Yi Kyum finds himself in a bit of a pickle. Sung Yi Kyum's hands are tied in front of him while Choi Byeong Seo, portrayed by Han Dong Gyu, holds a knife ready to slit his throat. Choi Byeong Seo's behavior becomes a surprise seeing that he was previously friendly and helpful to the three.

Coming to his rescue is Hong Da In, whose eyes are filled with a mix of persistence and worry, aiming an arrow at Choi Byeong Seo. A little bit anxious, Hong Da In was never really good at archery, which explains why worry is seen in her eyes. The public is quite curious about Choi Byeong Seo's sudden change in behavior and will Hong Da In's poor archery skills be able to miraculously save Sung Yi Kyum's life?
