Lee Soo Kyung to Join Kim Bum in Forthcoming Drama ‘Law School’
Lee Soo Kyung will be joining the cast of the keenly-awaited drama "Law School"!
Known for her innocent and beautiful visuals, actress Lee Soo Kyung will be having a character transformation in the mystery drama "Law School" alongside "Tale of The Nine-Tailed" star Kim Bum.
The 24-year-old actress will be portraying the role of Kang Sol, a freshman student in Hankuk University.
JTBC's campus mystery drama "Law School" is set to air in the first half of 2021. It will tell the story of Korea's leading law school professor and students who will encounter an unprecedented and unexpected case.
Kim Myung Min is expected to play the role of Yang Joon Hoon, a former prosecutor and now a professor at a prestigious law school. He is fearless and known to be a very straightforward person. Most of the students don't like him, but he just ignores those pupils and does not care what others may think of him. Instead, Yang Joon Hoon is too focused on developing and cultivating personnel for the law field.
"Parasite" actress Lee Jung Eun will portray the role of a professor. She is the only colleague that Yang Joon Hoon can comfortably speak with. Meanwhile, Ryu Hye Young and Kim Bum will be playing the characters of first year law students.
Kim Bum is Han Joo Hwi, always at the top among first year law students. He is a face genius young man with good leadership qualities.
Despite his innocent face, he has a dark secret that no one knows about.
Ryu Hye Young will be portraying the character of Kang Sol, a student who comes from a low income family. She feels insecure every time she is surrounded by students who are from rich families. Despite this, she became more focused to learn and embrace the true legal profession, and dreams of becoming a successful lawyer someday.
On the other hand, Lee Soo Kyung will be playing the role of Kang Sol, the same name as Ryu Hye Young's character. She has a powerful family background. Her father is from a family of lawyers, while her mother is from a family of politicians.
Even before entering the prestigious university, Kang Sol already had a lot of privileges ever since childhood. She's a brilliant and quick-witted student who never fails to always be in the number one spot in the university ranking. Kang Sol can also easily answer all the difficult questions while comfortably playing games.
